Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Moira
Salary and Benefits: Salary- £26k - £28k per annum
Employment Type- Maternity Contract- 9-12 months
Essential- Full driving licence and access to a Car.
The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful events & publication company based in Moira who are looking for an Office Executive for 9 – 12 months to cover a Maternity contract.
The Right role:
- Point person for maintenance, mailing, supplies, and equipment
- Manage relationships with suppliers, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment
- Processing event orders, invoicing & receipts
- Credit control
- Financial reporting
- Provide administrative support for the directors
- General office administration and support.
The Right Fit:
- Proven Office Administration experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
Driving licence and access to own transport is essential for this role. Events/conference attendance will be required, which will include occasional overnight stays along with early morning starts and late evenings.
