Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Belfast City Centre

Salary and Benefits:  Salary will depend on experience

Hours of work:  Mon to Fri- 9am-5.30pm

Employment Type- Permanent

The Right Client- My client is a prestigious Property Consultancy based in Belfast City Centre. They are now seeking a Property Manager to manage a variety of clients ranging from Private Individuals to large property companies.

The Right Fit:

• The property management of a portfolio of properties
• Dealing with planned and unplanned property repairs
• Undertaking regular inspections of properties to include ensuring that the properties are well maintained with any required repairs being co-ordinated
• Close liaison with tenants and landlords to maintain good tenant/landlord relationships
• Ensuring that landlords and tenants comply with lease requirements

The Right Role:

• Property management experience
• RICS qualification of benefit but not essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good IT knowledge
• Ability to work in a team environment
