Salary and Benefits: £27,500

Hours of work: 40 hours per week Monday-Saturday – Flexibility essential.

The Right Client - My client has a combined wealth of expertise and provide the finest standards of caring and professional funeral services. They are now seeking a Diary Manager to be based in their Head Office in Belfast.

The Right role:

Manage the diary effectively to make funeral bookings, organise the fleet, bring the deceased into the company’s care and in the preparation of coffins and the deceased.
- Ensure the timely submission of cremation and burial paperwork, payments of fees and collection and/or disposal of cremated remains.
- Produce daily orders and organise the daily planning meetings.
- Administer the schedules for vehicle fleet maintenance, renewal of road fund licences and MOT’s and check log books.
- Provide administrative support including managing payroll spreadsheets (if applicable to that branch/hub).
- Log all holiday requests and sickness absence and ensure there is adequate cover at all times.
- Provide any operational support that may be required for the business e.g. conduct and arrange funerals, the sale of pre-need plans and memorial masonry (if a requirement of your specific role) assist with answering the phones, liaise with external suppliers.

The Right Fit:

Essential

Experience in delivering Client Service

Good IT skills

Experience in working to KPIS and Budgets

Possess 2 year experience in supervisory/leadership

Desirable Criteria

Experience in logistic planning

Experience in managing a fleet of vehicles

Experience in funeral industry
