Salary and Benefits: £26,000-Potentially open to more depending on experience.

Hours of work: 9am-5pm

The Right Client- I am delighted to be partnering with an Accountancy Practice based in Belfast who are seeking an Accounts Technician to join the Team.

The Right role:

The Accounting Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of paraprofessional accounting and administrative duties to ensure delivery of accurate and timely financial information and reporting.

 

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, focused, driven and a team player. 

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Accounting Technician to join the team to assist with client Activity.

 

They are looking for someone to join their team as an Accounting Technician, who has experience of Year End activity, including personal tax Returns, split Taxation, Allowances and Corporation Tax.

 

The Right Fit:

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the essential criteria which includes:

• ATI qualified;
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience of working within an accountancy practice;
• Previous experience with computerised accounting systems;
• Commercial awareness;
• Understanding of:-
• Basic accounting principles
• Financial reporting processes
• Microsoft office user
• Good attention to detail
• Analytical approach to work
• Team player
• Good communication skills
