Job Title:  Quantity Surveyor

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a highly successful Construction business in Belfast. Due to an increased work load they are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the team. The successful candidate will help deliver top-quality projects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

The Right role:

  • Managing the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents, ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Overseeing subcontractor and supplier contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and high standards of service.
  • Providing financial reports and advice to senior management, helping drive strategic decision-making.
  • Ensuring that all work complies with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Working closely with the project team to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

The Right Fit:

It is essential you have 1-2 years’ experience in a busy Quantity Surveying role. Full clean driving licence is also required.
